helpful staff.

No compleientary breakfast.

This hotel was fine - not fancy but very adequate and clean. It was not a problem to borrow a bowl from the kitchen or some salt. They responded quickly when we ran out of Kleenex. The only disappointment was not getting a complementary breakfast but the restaurant was very good. ...read more

Close to all the activities, great staff.

Ran out of hot water Saturday morning.

Over all the accommodations were great. Some of the wait staff at the restaurant was not so good.

Disappointed with whirlpool.

We had taken a quick mini vacation to get a break from a busy time in our family, family medical trauma and when we went to use the pool area (whirlpool) specifically it was not available. We had been really looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool and they said it wouldn't be available till the following afternoon. Wonderful decor--giant mural, dining car in restaurant--and very clean rooms.

Advertised gas fireplace in our room but they keep it off for summer (still not on Oct. 11th).

Great location near west entrance of Yellowstone. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet (kids eat free) and quaint Oregon Shore Line train dining car for exploring (museum-like).
